Beginners Introduction to Pilates Workshop
Wednesday 15th October
9.45am – 10.45am at Over Peover Village Hall.
Focusing on the basic principles of Pilates this class is suitable for those new to Pilates or those who have attended a few classes previously.
Classes are limited to 12 clients, matwork based including using small props to help strengthen and tone your body. Working from the inside out Pilates can improve your posture, reduce stress and alleviate back and neck pain.
