NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MEETING OF PEOVER SUPERIOR PARISH COUNCIL WILL BE HELD AT 7.45p.m. ON TUESDAY 26^th JANUARY 2010 AT OVER PEOVER PRIMARY SCHOOL, STOCKS LANE.

The following matters have so far been placed on the agenda

1. To receive an update/confirmation of new Clerk appointment, from the working group.

2. To receive apologies for absence.

3. To approve the Minutes of the last Meeting.

4. To discuss matters arising from the Minutes.

5. To note Interests of Council Members in agenda items (if any).

• To consider Planning Applications.

• To consider Planning Decisions

7. Finance

• To consider Quarterly Financial report

• To approve the following invoices for payment:

Audit Commission

Cheshire East Grounds Maintenance

Parish Plan Expenses

• To confirm membership of CCA (£25) and Rural Services Network (free)

• To consider items identified in the Audit report and publicise the report.

8. To report on the Peover Superior Supplementary Planning Document consultation process

9. To agree a response to the Village Hall Action Group letter received at November meeting.

10. To progress Village Field fencing and related issues

11. To consider items of correspondence.

12. Any other Business.
